    Company secretary deals with the legal activities of any business. The role of a company secretary is to keep the records, advice, tax returns and evaluate the legal aspects of the organization.

ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBILITY

  • Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognized by the Central Government are eligible to appear for the C.S. Program.
  • There is no minimum pass percentage in 10+2 examination to appear for the program.
  • A C.S. aspirant should be of minimum 17 years of age.

To appear for foundation examination in the month of June and December, one must register on or before 30th November and 28th February of that year respectively.
